Walmart Inc is an American multinational retail company. It is the world's largest retailer and the world's largest corporate company. Walmart is headquartered in Bentonville, Arkansas and employs more than two million people. Walmart is a family business, with the Walton family as the controlling shareholder, who owns 48% of Walmart's shares.
