Before 2005, the lottery result information (KQXS) provided by the provincial XOSO Online lottery companies to agents was mainly through radio or fax. Large agents integrated the general results of each lottery station during the day on a printing plate called "KQXS". "Test paper" or "test ticket" was faxed to the lower-level agents for copying and distribution to street lottery sellers. Before that, the printing press was just an industrial concept, which only existed in the editorial department, printing factory... Then there were kqxs handwritten on notebooks, and some innovative agents used typesetting wood and hand-made a set of numbers with tempera ink... The lottery connects 21 provinces in the south, 14 provinces in the middle, and the northern region. The lottery companies have different ways of opening prizes in different provinces, and daily update work requires quite a lot of personnel.
Since the lottery results require fast and accurate results, the investment cost of the fax system is high, but it cannot meet the number of connections and is often overloaded, so Minh Ngoc must look for alternative solutions, which is why XOSO Online was born. In the early days, the Internet in Vietnam was not yet popular, and it was only updated to customers through dial-up connection to Minh Ngoc server to quickly print search tickets. It was not until 2006 that it was made public and gradually available. The dealers were far apart, and search engines such as Google, Yahoo!, Bing... ranked high on many keywords, so the website became a trusted address for the online community to directly obtain lottery result information, many related keywords ranked first in Google, and had millions of regular visitors.
The second multi-language version of the cp system comes with Chinese, Traditional Chinese, English, and a Vietnamese language that has not been translated yet.
