VietCredit is a company engaged in banking and investment business. In the course of its business, the company installed electronic wallets on ATM machines so that it can withdraw money when necessary and no fees will be charged when withdrawing money.
The State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) has renewed the license for establishment and operation of Cement Finance Joint Stock Company. Accordingly, the company was renamed Tin Viet Finance Joint Stock Company (VietCredit Finance Company).
Tin Viet Finance Joint Stock Company is permitted to carry out the activities of a general financial company in accordance with the law and regulations of the State Bank of Vietnam, including the following activities:
1. Raising funds through: accepting deposits from organizations; issuing deposit slips, promissory notes, bills and bonds to raise organizational funds; borrowing from domestic and foreign credit institutions and financial institutions in accordance with the law; borrowing from the State Bank of Vietnam in the form of refinancing in accordance with the Law on the State Bank of Vietnam.
2. Granting of credit in the following forms: loans, including installment loans and consumer loans; discounting and rediscounting of negotiable instruments and other negotiable instruments; bank guarantees; issuance of credit cards; factoring; financial leasing; and other forms of credit (with approval by the State Bank).
3. Other activities: opening a deposit account at the State Bank; opening a payment account at a commercial bank or a branch of a foreign bank; opening an account at a foreign bank in accordance with the Foreign Exchange Law; opening deposit accounts for customers and managing loans; making capital contributions and equity investments in accordance with the regulations of the State Bank of Vietnam; accepting trust funds from the government, organizations and individuals to carry out investment activities in production and business projects, granting credit, and entrusting credit institutions to grant credit for use in accordance with the regulations of the State Bank; participating in the bidding of treasury bonds, buying and selling securities, government bonds, corporate bonds, treasury bonds, State Bank bills and other valuable bills in accordance with the law; underwriting the issuance of government bonds and corporate bonds, and acting as an agent for the issuance of bonds, stocks and other securities; conducting foreign exchange transactions and providing foreign exchange services in the domestic market within the scope prescribed by the State Bank; acting as an insurance agent; providing consulting services in the fields of banking, finance and investment; providing asset management and preservation services to customers.
The system is a pure Vietnamese loan system. The front and back ends are in Vietnamese. The source code is in node js language and the database is MongoDB. There is no tutorial for setting it up. You can interchange it if you need it.
