韶关市蜗牛公益互助会自2015年8月6日拟建，于2018年1月在韶关市民政局正式登记👨售后为合法正规的社会公益慈善组织。现有直属服务分队35个及区域办事处15个，服务群体和寻亲平台，覆盖了全国所有省市自治区及港澳台。首任会长由著名的爱心企业家（枫叶）李智敏先生来勇挑重任。
Nearly 100 existing branch members and floating members of the organization have formed the "Snail Public Welfare Party Branch of the Communist Party of China" and the "Emergency Rescue" team to carry out various public welfare activities. It has also brought together many public welfare partners and caring people across the country to form a mutual assistance and friendship strategic cooperation alliance.
Under the correct leadership of the Shaoguan Civil Affairs Bureau, the association strictly abides by the national constitution, laws, regulations and national policies, adheres to social ethics, advocates the traditional Chinese civilization, and builds the fine traditional cultural concepts of mutual assistance, mutual love, optimism and gratitude. It is committed to promoting the spirit of serving the people and the society, and organizing social forces to provide assistance and relief activities for widows, widowers, orphans, the disabled, street beggars and lost people.
In the past few years since the association was established, despite the serious lack of funds, the association has united as one, contributed money and effort, and carried out nearly 3,000 public welfare activities, helping more than 700 separated families to reunite. A good public welfare atmosphere has been formed, and the association has the courage to take on social responsibilities, strive to promote the process of socialization of public welfare and charity, and promote social fairness, civilization, harmony and progress.
This new development uses the FastAdmin framework to develop the front-end HTML source code. The system has functions such as charity donation, product investment, mall, sign-in, three-level distribution, etc.
