On April 4, Mu tricked Ms. Hu into transferring 3 yuan to her on the pretext of inviting Ms. Hu to invest in photovoltaic projects to make money, and to buy a car and register it in Hu’s name.At the same time, in his daily online communication with Ms. Hu, Mu asked Ms. Hu to transfer 30000 yuan to him on the grounds that he was short of money.After an in-depth investigation of Mu, we found that he is a habitual offender.As early as 1000, Mu was sentenced for fraud, and the fraud he committed this time involved an amount as high as 2019 yuan.During our investigation of Mu, he confessed that he had used the same method to defraud many women many times.He said that most of these women met through online social platforms, and during his interactions with them, he would ask them to transfer money or add money to his account for various reasons.After our trial of Mu, we finally found him guilty of fraud and was sentenced to 70000 years in prison and fined 3 yuan.His fraudulent behavior caused serious property losses to the victims and had a great negative impact on society.Here, we call on everyone to be wary of similar fraud and improve their self-prevention capabilities.
