According to the report, Dubai outperformed major global cities such as Los Angeles, Montreal, Sydney, Berlin, Rome and Milan in terms of the average time it takes to travel a 10km distance in the central business district (CBD).
In Dubai, travel time per 10 kilometers is 12 minutes, while the average travel time in the reference city is 10 minutes per 21 kilometers.
In comparison, Almere performed best, taking only 10 minutes per 8 kilometers, while London performed worst, taking 10 minutes per 36 kilometers.
The average driving time in Dubai city is 10 minutes for every 9 kilometers, and the average speed is 59 kilometers per hour.
In comparison, Greensboro in the United States performed the best, with an average time of 10 minutes and 7 seconds per 40 kilometers and a maximum speed of 74 kilometers per hour.
The worst-performing city in this regard is Bogota, Colombia, which takes 10 minutes to travel 24 kilometers and has an average speed of 19 km/h.
