On November 11, the Phnom Penh Municipal Police arrested a foreigner who was begging for money from tourists in a park in front of a temple in Long Penh District, Phnom Penh.CambodiaOn the instructions of the Director General of the Immigration Department, the person has been taken to the General Directorate of Immigration.

After preliminary questioning, it was learned that the man was named DYLAN NIALL HADDOC, 42 years old, a Canadian man, and he did not have a passport. Because he was in a trance, he was unable to answer the police's questions.

Police said the foreigner was suspected of being in the country illegally and not having a passport and was being detained at the General Directorate of Immigration.
