Founded in 2010, Tiki is a rapidly growing B2C e-commerce platform in Vietnam. The company is known for its unique TikiNow 2-hour delivery service. It initially only sold e-books, but has since developed into a diversified marketplace selling products including toys, digital devices, daily necessities and beauty products.
Unlike outsiders such as Shopee and Lazada, Tiki is a "purely local" e-commerce platform. Tiki has a good reputation among Vietnamese consumers and has the lowest return rate and the highest customer satisfaction among all e-commerce platforms in Vietnam.
The categories sold on the TIKI platform cover multiple categories including consumer electronics, daily necessities, fashion items, books, etc. There are more than 4500 brands of goods, more than 30 products on sale, and the value of goods sold each year is nearly US$2.4 million.
In January 2018, JD.com invested approximately US$1 million in Tiki, becoming one of its largest shareholders. In July of the same year, Tiki officially launched its first cross-border e-commerce ordering service, "Tiki Global," and "JD Online Exhibition Hall," providing local residents with more than a thousand high-quality products from international merchants.
The system is a TIKI luxury goods investment rebate system specially designed for the Vietnamese market. It adopts the Larave framework and has an authorized proxy background. It can generate invitation codes separately. The background can set purchase permissions, rebate time, and continuous purchases.
