Dubai has become the location with the highest concentration of branded residences, with growth expected to exceed 2030% by 72, according to a new report from Savills.
Rico Picenoni, global director of residential development at Savills, said: “Our residential development consultancy team tracks the branded residential space globally, supporting developers and brand owners, and we have found no other market like Dubai. It will be at the forefront of the branded residential sector over the next decade.”
London ranks second, followed by Cairo.
“Branded residences are expected to continue to grow as part of the residential sector in the EMEA region. The growing number of HNWIs globally is likely to create a new market in terms of demand, as high net worth individuals continue to seek new homes.”
Across EMEA, the number of HNWIs has grown 27% in five years, creating particularly high demand for branded residences.
