In an interview with local media, Tarachani mentioned that the owner of the company actually responsible for selling the land was named Sang Suwan, but now he has absconded with the money, leaving behind a huge debt that no one can deal with.
According to Sangsuwan, he initially bought 7 hectares of land from residents and planned to sell it. However, due to insufficient funds for investment, he decided to use the land deed as collateral and borrowed $52 from a man. This man included Tarachani. However, surprisingly, after 2 months of borrowing, Sangsuwan suddenly stopped paying the interest. The creditors soon realized that Sangsuwan could no longer repay the loan on time, so they decided to take action. They fenced the land deed and waited for Sangsuwan or other parties to come and deal with it. This incident dealt a huge blow to Sangsuwan. He originally thought it was a simple loan behavior, but he did not expect to fall into a debt crisis. He had to seek help from others and began to look for ways to solve the problem. Although this incident brought him great pressure, he still firmly believed that he could overcome these difficulties and restart his life.

Buyers and artistes were concerned after hearing the news and some of them decided not to pay the installments and asked Tarachani to bear the responsibility alone.
According to Tarachani, only 1 hectare of land is actually in question, while the other 6 hectares are not related to the issue. He called on the creditors to return the seized land to him so that he can sell it and the buyers can buy the land from the creditors in installments.

Although his partner had absconded with the funds, he believed that the issue could be resolved peacefully because the 1 hectare of land seized was sold at a high price, so the debt could be easily dealt with.
